COVID-19 Announcement
To all my patients and friends. I hope everyone is feeling as well as can be expected at this strange and unsettling time.
In accordance with government advice regarding controlling the escalation of Coronavirus, I will continue to be closed for the next few weeks. This is pending advice on when it is safe to start treating a wider population of patients again.
Please feel free to contact me in the meantime if you need any advice or help. Whilst I can’t offer ‘hands on’ treatment I can talk to you about self-care and exercise. I’m here at the end of the phone/online.
Take care of yourselves and each other. I’ll post an update again when I’m able to start seeing patients again.

PS – Here’s some help from the Daily Mail, to help you cope with a bad back.
Why not see what osteopathy could do for you?
Osteopaths diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. We do this by looking at the structure and function of your body, using a variety of diagnostic methods. Osteopathic treatment is based on the principle that your well-being depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together. This means that as well as treating ‘the bit that hurts’ we also look at the rest of your body to determine how your postural patterns influence or maintain any problems you have.
