Claire Jones Gardens

Coming from a family of keen gardeners, Claire has been passionate about gardening and plants since childhood and after having her two children, decided to make it her career. She trained professionally at Brooksby College, completing a Royal Horticultural Society qualification and subsequently qualified in Garden Design, achieving a Distinction.

Keen to gain as much practical understanding of the gardening industry as possible, Claire worked part time at a local nursery – Six Acres whilst studying. Working predominantly on the nursery side, propagating and growing on plants for sale, Claire built a fantastic relationship with the owners and went on to carry out planting design work in the nursery’s private garden.

Claire constantly builds on her plant and design knowledge by regularly attending courses for professional development. Inspired by her lifelong interest in the natural world, Claire strives to create practical, yet beautiful and atmospheric gardens for all her clients.
